Prints Charming Photography - Bona Fide

Funny it is, how often we are asked if we have other locations than our Portland Oregon Studio. In 1995, when I arrived at this playfully creative name, the only other evidence that I could find in my searches, was a fabric business that was now gone, and a poster company in Canada.

Naturally, my creativity was mildly disappointed when I realized that the matching domain was being used in a country that generally used .ca vs. .com. The infancy of the web made it easy to find others, however and "www.yourprints.com" made sense to how the name was derived as relative and easy to remember.

Securing all of Oregon may have prevented the use of it locally, but my lack of an extra $2,000 to register it nationally, has allowed for many same-named studios to open in other states. On that note, if you've just moved here from one of those locations, we hope that your experience was great with our unknown cousins, but the Prints Charming of Oregon is Brian Geraths.
(pronounced "Garretts" - the obvious reason that I came up with another business name...)

Our studio is represented by our crown logo, and NOT by the frog logos we've discovered at others. Some are cute, but we wanted the crown to be as distinguishable as our award-winning service, and Brian's award-winning portraiture and scenic photography.
